KMO and the Lovely Olga K welcome permaculture instructor, Andrew Faust, to the C-Realm to talk about re-designing and retrofitting the urban hardscape to create an environment which fosters human health, community, and freedom. From wood-fired rooftop hot tubs to using the heat from a Jean Pain compost mound to raise gourmet greens for NYC chefs in the winter, Andrew describes a series of enhancements to existing infrastructure that will make incremental, synergistic improvements to the quality of life for city dwellers.
