1. Yes. All five or so people who’ve listened to the podcast now know your LJ handle.

2. The nice thing about interviewing a criminal defense attorney is that he speaks for a living. You can pretty much put recorder in front of him, ask a question, and sit back an listen to him go to work.

3) Uh-oh. I hadn’t considered that some listeners would be forming their initial understanding of the Singularity based on my composed-on-the-fly elevator speech. Eeek. I’ll need to work on that.

What caught my ear was actually not in the interview (although the ringing phone was unfortunate), but that you stopped and restarted your intro monologue and never fixed it.

Whoops! I will fix that, now, though I won’t be able to upload a new version of the podcast until I get into town and plant myself at a wifi hotspot.

Got the new version uploaded. I’m now re-editing the first episode to remove the phone numbers and eliminate some of the dead spaces and tangents.
